1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with any Hunt Community Event Bot ("the Bots"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Bots.

2. Description of Service

The Hunt Community Event Bots are Discord bots that provide Hunt: Showdown community event statistics and information. Each Bot instance tracks and displays specific community event data when added to Discord servers. Multiple Bot instances may operate simultaneously, each tracking different community events.

3. Data Collection and Usage

3.1 Information We Collect

The Bots automatically collect and store the following information:

• Server Information: Server ID, server name, server owner ID, server icon, member count
• Event Data: Hunt: Showdown community event statistics and related information for specific events

3.2 How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide community event statistics for specific events
• Maintain and improve Bot functionality across all instances
• Troubleshoot technical issues
• Ensure service stability and performance

3.3 Data Retention

• Server data is retained while any Bot instance is active in your server
• When all Bot instances are removed from a server, the server is marked as inactive but data may be retained for analytical purposes
• Event statistics are retained indefinitely as they constitute public game information

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Authorized Use

• You must have appropriate permissions to add the Bots to a Discord server
• You are responsible for ensuring Bot usage complies with Discord's Terms of Service
• You must not attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse engineer any Bot instance

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Bots for illegal activities
• Attempt to disrupt or damage any Bot's functionality
• Share, redistribute, or resell Bot services without permission
• Use the Bots to harass, spam, or harm other users

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1 Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect collected data across all Bot instances. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.2 Third-Party Access

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties.

5.3 Data Access and Deletion

Server owners may request information about their server's stored data by contacting us. Upon removal of all Bot instances from a server, you may request data deletion, though some data may be retained for legitimate business purposes.

6. Service Availability

6.1 Uptime

While we strive for high availability across all Bot instances, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bots may experience downtime for:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical difficulties
• Updates and improvements
• Third-party service dependencies (Discord, Hunt: Showdown website)

6.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify Bot features and functionality across any or all instances
• Update these Terms of Service
• Temporarily or permanently discontinue any or all Bot instances
• Deploy new Bot instances for different events

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Bot Ownership

The Bots are created by acidtib.

7.2 Hunt: Showdown Content

Hunt: Showdown is a trademark and property of Crytek. These Bots are not affiliated with or endorsed by Crytek.

7.3 Discord Integration

These Bots use Discord's API and are subject to Discord's Developer Terms of Service and API Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

The Bots are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement.

8.2 Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate Hunt: Showdown community event data across all Bot instances, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of all information provided by the Bots.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Bot developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of any Bot instance.

9. Termination

9.1 User Termination

You may stop using any Bot instance at any time by removing it from your Discord server. Removing one Bot instance does not affect other Bot instances you may have added.

9.2 Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any or all Bot instances immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive or harmful behavior
• Technical or security concerns
• End of a specific Hunt: Showdown community event

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
